Title: Manager, Product Sales Support FSE
Primary Location: Perth, West Perth, WA, AU
We are seeking a dynamic Manager, Product Sales Support FSE to join our team. In this role, you are a leading product sales support expert. Your main responsibility is to drive our labor business growth with our Market Areas. This is a global role with own regional responsibility area and you will work closely with Market Areas' Sales and Services teams as well as different Services Business Lines.
This is a new role that reports to Senior Manager, Product Sales Support.
Key Responsibilities
* Own and actively drive Field and Expert Services (FSE) labor sales growth
* Monitor the FSE sales funnel and proactively identify growth opportunities with Market Areas
* Support Market Areas in identifying, developing, and closing new labor-related opportunities
* Ensure profitability of sales cases and drive pricing excellence for Field Services offerings
* Provide product sales support across the full FSE labor portfolio
* Benchmarks MA's and support them in building sales cases and strategies
* Support proposal development, including scope of work definition, cost calculations, and scheduling
* Responsible for value argumentation, value proposition, and win-plan for projects
* Presents offerings to customers and provide feedback to product management
* Define and continuously improve labor delivery models including labor projects
* Acts as the intermediary for MA Sales and PSE product management
* Coach and train Market Area sales, technical sales support (TSS), and proposal teams on labor offerings and sales approaches
* Continuously seek, document, and share best practices across Market Areas
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering
* Strong commercial mindset with a proven customer-focused approach
* Experience in selling labor-based services or service offerings
* Solid background in preparing commercial proposals, pricing, and business cases
* Strong technical background in grinding, filters or crushing is considered a strong advantage
* Excellent working knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM tool
* Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
* Willingness and ability to travel internationally (approximately 45 days per year)
