* Hours: 20 hours across 3 days per week
As a Personal Banking Advisor, you'll be at the heart of our branch network, welcoming our customers and engaging in meaningful conversations to discover their needs and provide tailored banking solutions. You will utilise your product knowledge to assist customers in achieving their financial goals – both in‐person and over the phone – and refer them to our specialised Banking teams when necessary. This role requires dedication and expertise to empower customers each day.
This is a part‐time, branch‐based role of 20 hours per week from 9am – 4:45pm approx. across days to be agreed upon with the successful candidate.
Qualifications
* Customer service and sales experience, ideally in a customer‐facing or phone‐based role with a history of meeting targets
* Resilience, with the ability to remain calm and composed while managing challenging situations
* Comfortable working towards sales and referral targets and calling customers over the phone
* Numerical capability, ideally with proficiency in cash handling, counting, and completing financial transactions accurately
* An energetic personality coupled with a genuine passion for helping people
* The will to learn and adapt to new banking procedures and technologies
