Role Description
4 day work week
full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist located in our store and warehouse located in Berrimah, Darwin NT.
As a Customer Service Specialist you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support and service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience. In addition you will sipport the team in creating shop displays, customer orders and inventory management.
Daily tasks include addressing customer needs, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with others to ensure smooth operations.

* Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
