As a Financial Transactions Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounts receivable operations. Your role will involve collaborating with various departments to ensure timely and efficient collection of payments, contributing to the overall financial performance of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support business in customer credit matters (e.g., credit limits and payment terms)
* Evaluate credit risks and suggest solutions aimed at mitigating risk exposure
* Manage claims/disputes and credit notes to ensure prompt resolution
* Process inbound payments and accurately reconcile payments on customers' accounts
* Liaise with customers to ensure payments are made in accordance with agreed terms
* Review accounts on credit hold and initiate communication with the business regarding necessary legal actions
* Coordinate communication with customers and stakeholders
* Support intercompany reconciliation
* Validate internal controls and implement operational processes
* Develop and maintain AR processes, policies, rules, and authorization matrices/limits
About You:
You have 3+ years' experience in an Accounts Receivable role and possess advanced skills in Microsoft Excel. This is a high-volume working environment, requiring the ability to problem-solve and process work efficiently.
You also demonstrate a service attitude, contribute positively to a team, and exhibit motivation to achieve set goals with enthusiasm and determination.
