MPU Trainee
Full training provided. No explosives experience required. Career pathway into the blasting industry.
Responsibilities
* Assisting with the operation of Mobile Processing Units (MPU) on mine sites.
* Supporting the blast crew with safe and timely delivery of bulk explosives.
* Following all site safety procedures and protocols.
* Participating in training to obtain required licences and competencies.
* Working a 7/7 roster.
Requirements
* Current C Class Driver's Licence.
* Ability to pass a 043 Coal Board Medical and ongoing drug & alcohol testing.
* Strong commitment to safety and willingness to learn.
* Must be willing to obtain at own cost: HR Licence and UHL (Explosives) Licence.
