Due to growing demand our client is seeking for a Humour Resource Adviser to join there hard working and dedicated team. As a HR Advisor you will provide staffing and personnel administration services in support of an organisation's human resources.
Responsibilities
* Arrange for advertising of job vaccancies including the selecting, interviewing and testing of applicants
* Maintain records associated with HR information
* Provide advice to staff and disciplinary matters
* Introduce and induct staff providing information on company services and policies.
* Be able to interpret legislation, awards, collective agreements and employment contracts.
* Create and improve workplace regulations and policies.
* Oversee and consult comittess and employees.
Qualifications
* You will need skill commensurate with a bachelor degree or higher qualification with at least 2 years of relevant expereince. OR five years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualification.
* Excellent verbal/written skills, actively listening and be able to find diplomatic solutions.
* Problem Solving and Crititcal Thinking skills
* Knowledge in recrutiment and performance management
* Apply employment law and company policies and dispute resolution procedures
Salay Range: $78,000-$83,000 p.a + superannuation.
