Whether improving your commute, keeping the lights on, providing access to clean water, or transforming skylines, our work helps people and communities thrive.Job DescriptionDue to significant contract awards within our Water business, we are expanding our Water Infrastructure Team in Sydney.By joining our team, you'll be immersed in a strong, long-term pipeline of work, handling complex, large-scale and iconic projects across ANZ.How you'll make a difference:Bring your creativity and foresight in project delivery, solving technical and client challenges across water infrastructure projects.Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers.Checking and review of project outputs.Ensure all quality assurance processes are followed, delivering projects on time and within budget.Build and maintain strong relationships working with various clients and local, regional, and global AECOM colleagues.QualificationsThe qualities that help you thrive:Relevant tertiary qualificationsDemonstrated experience in water and wastewater projects.Knowledge of applicable Australian codes and standards.An interest in mentoring, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Passion for delivering high quality work and excellent client and stakeholder engagement skills.Additional InformationWhy you'll love working with usFlexible work arrangementsPurchase up to 6 weeks additional annual leave per yearVolunteer and representation leaveFlex public holidaysAECOM is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
