**Terrific opportunity for a Digital Communications Professional to join a highly-regarded Federal Government Agency in an APS 6 Web and Production Officer role.**

As a Senior Web and Production Officer you will work collaboratively with the business areas and central technical web services team, actioning requests from all parts of the Agency across the web and digital space. You will provide advice and manage the internal and external facing websites, and manage web publishing and content updates.
This is a 12 month non-ongoing contract, also open to S26 temp transfer. Canberra or Adelaide location with the flexibility to work from home 2 or 3 days per week. Salary negotiable within the APS 6 Band.
**Key Duties**:
- Assist with providing oversight of the internet and intranet sites
- Coordinate and schedule web publishing and content updates
- Support a connected and coordinated web, design and production service for the Agency
- Support key relationships with business areas and the centralised technical web services team
- Support the implementation and evaluation of communication strategies to align with priorities
- Support the delivery of communication services for the Agency - digital and print content, website content, design and production
- Other communications processes and administration as required
**If you have website and production experience, preferably in a government context, and pride yourself on your outstanding verbal and written communication skills this is the role for you!**
**What we are looking for**:
- Experience with designing and managing web content on Drupal platforms
- Experience and knowledge of developing content strategy, information architecture and navigation
- Experience in user centred design, web standards and accessibility, and stakeholder market testing
- Experience with Adobe suite of products including InDesign and design and production workflow systems
- Demonstrated experience working successfully with SMEs
- Relevant qualifications in website, production or related fields beneficial
- Australian citizenship
