Position Details
Position: Technical Support Specialist
Location: Stawell
Responsibilities
Provide onsite technical support to clients in public school in Stawell area.
Assist in the management and support of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) systems.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, ensuring timely resolution.
Collaborate with school staff to enhance their technology proficiency.
Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of ICT infrastructure.
Requirements
Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
Positive and customer-focused personality.
Valid work permit and eligibility to work in Australia.
Must possess or be willing to obtain a Working With Children Permit.
Prior experience in the IT industry is a must.
