Job Description:
As a trusted advisor, you will work closely with clients to guide them through every step of their adoption journey. Your expertise and innovative mindset will drive transformative change within their business. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute playbooks that remove key adoption blockers for priority products.
You will leverage your Legal Data Intelligence expertise to anticipate and deliver innovative solutions. Your role will involve advocating for Relativity products cross-functionally, sharing feedback and insights on customer demands, product performance, and market developments. You will also monitor customer adoption trends to flag potential blockers and proactively recommend mitigation strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
* At least five years of experience in e-discovery project management, product management, client services or success roles
* Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) certification
* Solid understanding of AI/ML solutions for e-discovery and legal workflow problems
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal relations
* Exceptional business/technical acumen, including problem-solving and critical thinking
* Exercise sound judgment and ability to make independent decisions
* Demonstrate consistent commitment to core company values
