Offer description

Founded in 1989, CALIBRE has surpassed 35 years as Australia's benchmark for elevated menswear.

CALIBRE's obsessive focus on creating exceptional product has solidified our place as the destination for wearable, contemporary pieces that stand the test of time.

Since opening our first boutique in Chapel St, Melbourne, CALIBRE has grown its boutique presence across the country and is available to shop in Australia's premier shopping precincts.

To this day, CALIBRE remains a family‐owned business and operates out of Melbourne, where craft and culture is cultivated with a focus on purely in‐house designed product.

About the Role

A rare occurrence at CALIBRE, we are looking for an exceptional leader to join the Executive Retail Management team as our Adelaide State Manager. We have a very strong retention rate of senior management and want to find a long‐term, career‐oriented professional to join our team and continue the State's positive momentum and trajectory.

As a State Manager, you'll be crucial in shaping the future of our brand and driving the success of our Adelaide stores. In this dynamic role, your leadership skills will shine as you manage the operations of three retail locations (all of which have been recently refurbished into our brand new concept), support and guide your team to achieve sales targets, and ultimately elevate the customer service experience.

Competitive salary that sets the benchmark for the industry.

Marketing leading uncapped bonus and commission structure, offering high additional earnings.

Lead and inspire a team of dedicated professionals, fostering a close‐knit and collaborative work setting.

Exclusive wardrobe discounts and partnerships, ensuring you embody impeccable style.

About You

* Extensive leadership experience in the retail fashion industry, ideally in senior roles such as multi‐site, cluster, or area manager, with a strong focus on people management, performance, and delivering exceptional customer service.
* A track record of cultivating thriving teams in dynamic and challenging retail environments.
