As Sharon AI continues to scale, we are seeking an experienced commercial leader to identify, secure and develop the datacentre, power and infrastructure capacity required to support our long-term growth.
This is not a traditional business development role.
You will operate at the intersection of datacentres, energy, infrastructure, property and commercial strategy, working directly with operators, developers, utilities, government agencies and capital partners to secure the physical infrastructure that will underpin Sharon AI's future AI compute footprint across APJ.

What You'll Be Doing Capacity Sourcing & Datacentre Partnerships
* Identify and evaluate co-location and powered-shell opportunities across APJ markets
* Build and maintain a pipeline of datacentre capacity opportunities across Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Japan, Malaysia, Indonesia, India and the Philippines
* Negotiate and execute commercial agreements including MSAs, LOIs, capacity reservations and infrastructure partnerships
* Secure capacity ahead of market demand and competitive pressures
* Develop relationships with datacentre operators, developers and infrastructure providers across the region
* Identify greenfield infrastructure opportunities including land, power and development partnerships
* Assess energy availability, grid connection opportunities and renewable energy options
* Work with development partners, engineering firms and infrastructure stakeholders to progress future capacity opportunities
* Engage with government bodies and economic development agencies regarding infrastructure incentives and development opportunities
Commercial Negotiation & Deal Execution
* Lead commercial negotiations from initial engagement through to contract execution
* Structure agreements that protect Sharon AI's long-term infrastructure position
* Evaluate commercial opportunities including capital commitments, operating costs and capacity economics
* Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and opportunity forecasting
* Coordinate legal, commercial and operational stakeholders throughout transaction processes
* Monitor datacentre market developments, power availability trends and AI infrastructure demand across APJ
* Provide insights and recommendations to executive leadership regarding regional capacity opportunities
* Contribute to Sharon AI's long-term infrastructure growth strategy and expansion plans
* Maintain an active view of competitive infrastructure developments and emerging market opportunities
Stakeholder & Ecosystem Management
* Build and maintain senior relationships across the datacentre, energy, infrastructure and property sectors
* Represent Sharon AI at industry events, conferences and government engagements
* Collaborate closely with technical, operations, finance and legal teams to ensure infrastructure opportunities can be successfully deployed

* Ongoing expansion of Sharon AI's contracted capacity pipeline aligned to growth forecasts
* Active engagement across key APJ datacentre and infrastructure markets
* Execution of strategic infrastructure agreements that support future AI compute growth
* Development and progression of greenfield infrastructure opportunities
* Strong relationships established across key datacentre, energy and infrastructure partners
* Accurate pipeline management and commercial forecasting
What We're Looking For Experience & Background
* 8+ years' experience within datacentres, infrastructure, telecommunications, utilities, energy, real estate or related sectors
* Proven track record originating and executing complex commercial transactions
* Strong understanding of APJ infrastructure markets and commercial environments
* Experience negotiating long-term commercial agreements and strategic partnerships
* Exposure to datacentres, critical infrastructure, energy procurement or large-scale infrastructure projects
* Experience working with senior executives and institutional counterparties
Commercial & Technical Capability
* Strong commercial negotiation and relationship management skills
* Ability to assess infrastructure opportunities from both strategic and commercial perspectives
* Experience evaluating capital investment, operating costs and commercial return profiles
* Strong stakeholder management capability across technical and non-technical audiences
* Disciplined pipeline management and forecasting capability
