Talent Acquisition Specialist
Permanent, Full Time role available in Coffs Harbour NSW. Key responsibilities include delivering end-to-end recruitment activities, facilitating strategies for positive candidate and stakeholder experiences, and providing support for organisational development activities.
Key Responsibilities
* Co-coordinate recruitment and selection processes, including marketing and developing job adverts, conducting reference checks and managing pre-employment checks, preparation of employment contracts, contributing to a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
* Provide advice and guidance to people leaders on recruitment procedure, campaign statuses, candidate engagement and onboarding new employees.
* Liaison with external agencies regarding permanent and short term recruitment needs.
* Provide human resources administration support to the broader Organisational Development (OD) group relating to individual employment arrangements, including flexible working arrangements, parental leave, contracts of employment, change in employment status, off boarding.
* Assist with updating and maintaining campaigns across approved platforms.
* General support to the OD group, ensuring accuracy of position and people related information and records.
* Engage with the WHS Team in relation to pre-employment medicals (PEM).
* Support the review and implementation of contemporary human resource processes, policies, procedures and systems based on best practice research.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Certificate IV in Human Resources Management or equivalent relevant experience.
* Sound experience delivering end to end recruitment in a diverse and high volume environment.
* Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical.
* Current Class C Drivers Licence.
Benefits
Competitive salary from $78,000 per year depending on your capabilities and experience + 12% Superannuation. Happy to consider 2-4 week notice period. 35 hours per week.
