The Role
Leading the Service Delivery team, your roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Staff training and development
Lead the team to meet KPI's
Conduct 'One on One' catch ups
Monthly reviews and development plans
Manage open calls and escalations
Skills and Experience*
Solid background in call centre leadership
Proven ability to lead a team
Solution orientated and results driven
Computer literate - Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
Knowledge of service operations highly regarded
