About the position
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated District Nurse to join our Community Services team. This role is central to delivering high-quality, person-centred care in the community, supporting patients to live independently and with dignity in their own homes.
This is a 3-day per week role working 8-hours shifts (24 hours per week/0.63 FTE).

What you bring
- Experience working in District Nursing or Hospital in the Home (HITH).
- Well-developed clinical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Understanding of the Recent Aged Care Act and Standards.
