Our Opportunity
Work Location: Fortescue's Perth office is located on the traditional lands of the Whadjuk people.
Roster: Monday to Friday
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people as much as systems – someone who can build relationships, ask good questions, and turn system challenges into practical, value‐driven solutions.
You'll play a key role in ensuring our land management systems are effective, user‐friendly, and continuously evolving to meet business needs.
We're looking for someone who is curious, confident, approachable, and proactive – someone who enjoys engaging with users, improving ways of working, and making systems easier and more effective for everyone.
This is a visible, user‐facing role where success comes from building trust with users, not just resolving tickets. You'll need to be comfortable working with both technical and non‐technical stakeholders, supporting users, and helping people adopt system changes.
