Job Description
Support enrolment processes and family communication, including preparing enrolment packs, scheduling tours, assisting with letters of offer, and contributing to newsletters and parent updates.
Manage hub resources and procurement, coordinating supplier orders, organising Book Club and Kinder photo bookings, and maintaining inventory to support effective teaching and learning.
Coordinate key administrative functions, including accurate staff timesheet entry, maintaining staff access records, distributing internal communications, and supporting the creation of the hub calendar.
Assist in planning and delivering hub events, working with the Hub Lead to organise school, parish, community, and children's events.
Ensure compliance and operational accuracy, including SRF booking coordination, monitoring Xplor roll calls, attending central enrolment meetings, and reporting maintenance concerns to support a safe environment.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in administrative roles, preferably in early childhood education or community services.
Experience in integrated service administration.
Experience in CCMS systems.
Current Working with Children Check.
National Police Criminal History Check.
Driver's License.
