Enrolled Nurse – Rehab Ward
Location: Buderim Private Hospital, Sunshine Coast. Employment Term: Permanent Part‐Time. Remuneration: $36.56–$40.93 per hour plus super.

Role Summary
As part of the Rehab Team, you will work under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse to deliver safe, holistic care to individuals and their families. You will apply best clinical practice and maintain a safe environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional person‐centred care by collaborating with the multidisciplinary team, applying communication and customer service skills.
* Apply sound clinical practice that ensures a safe environment and promotes optimal patient health.
* Effectively exchange information with the Registered Nurse regarding patient responses to treatment and nursing care.
* Demonstrate application of the principles of clinical and workplace risk management.
* Achieve optimum patient care through collaboration with other health professionals and coordination of care.
* Allocate staff and delegate tasks appropriately, employing effective communication skills.
Qualifications & Experience
* Diploma of Nursing or equivalent and AHPRA registration.
* Minimum 12 months post‐graduate experience within an acute hospital setting.
* Full Australian working rights (no sponsorship).
* Flexibility to work across a 24/7 rotating roster.
* Knowledge and understanding of Workplace Health and Safety practices.
* Commitment to patient safety, quality improvements and teamwork.
* Willingness to obtain required vaccinations, undergo a national criminal history check and functional assessment.
