Role Overview
Join our high‐performing recruitment team at Monadelphous as a Recruitment Administrator, where you'll play a key role in supporting high‐volume blue‐collar hiring across multiple projects and divisions. In this fast‐paced role, you'll work closely with Recruiters to facilitate smooth and efficient onboarding processes, ensuring we deliver a steady pipeline of quality talent to meet operational needs.
Qualifications
* Proven background in administrative roles with strong attention to detail and time management.
* Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities, systems and processes.
* Initiative to set and achieve challenging work goals, while maintaining high standards of performance.
* Previous experience in the resource industry is highly regarded.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Technical proficiency with Microsoft systems including but not limited to Word, Excel & Office.
