General Manager – Sales, Destination Unknown Group (Bruder RV), Melbourne & Brisbane | Global Scope

Destination Unknown is a premium Australian manufacturer of caravans, slide‑on campers, and bespoke off‑grid caravans with operations in Victoria and Queensland. Following the recent acquisition of Bruder X—now Bruder RV—we are accelerating our position as a global leader in high‑performance, off‑road and luxury caravans.

Bruder RV is one of the most recognized and researched brands in the category worldwide, known for its EXP range and the newly launched ADX series. With strong demand across Australia, the USA, and Europe, we are now seeking a proven sales executive to lead and scale a world‑class sales operation.


The Opportunity

Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a high‑impact leadership role accountable for building, leading, and executing a high‑performance global sales strategy.

You will take full ownership of sales outcomes across two brand new flagship Australian dealerships (Melbourne and Brisbane), established international markets, and new global expansion opportunities. This role requires a leader who can set clear targets, drive accountability, and build a disciplined, results‑focused sales culture.


Key Responsibilities

* Own and deliver global sales performance, including revenue growth, margin, and market expansion
* Lead, coach, and hold accountable dealership Sales Managers and teams across Melbourne, Brisbane, the US and European markets
* Establish clear KPIs, sales disciplines, and reporting frameworks to drive consistent performance via our established lead management system
* Scale and optimize international sales channels across the USA and Europe
* Identify, evaluate, and execute new market entry opportunities both nationally and globally
* Work in close collaboration with the Head of Customer Service to ensure a seamless, premium end‑to‑end customer experience aligned with brand expectations
* Align sales strategy with brand positioning, product roadmap, and production capacity
* Partner with marketing and leadership to maximize lead generation, conversion, and customer lifetime value


About You

* A proven sales leader with a track record of delivering strong revenue growth in a competitive, premium environment
* Experience leading multi‑site and/or international sales teams with clear performance accountability
* Highly commercial, data‑driven, and disciplined in sales execution
* Demonstrated success in building high‑performing sales cultures and teams
* Comfortable operating at both strategic and operational levels
* Experience in automotive, RV, marine, or other high‑value durable goods sectors is highly regarded
