Acute Care Leadership Opportunity
The Clinical Nurse Manager position presents a challenging and rewarding leadership opportunity within a key acute service. As a member of the Hospital in the Home (HITH) leadership team, you will support the Nurse Manager in operationalising the core values of Nursing by ensuring a safe and supportive environment for patients and staff.

Key Responsibilities
* Support the Nurse Manager in operationalising the core values of Nursing* Manage clinical risk and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes* Develop and implement systems and processes to enhance staff performance and clinical practice* Collaborate with the HITH leadership team to achieve service goals and objectives* Ensure responsible financial and human resource management
Requirements
* Registered as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia via AHPRA* Degree in healthcare or business management* Recent extensive clinical nursing experience in an acute health setting
