What You'll Be Doing
* Own and grow key enterprise and institutional accounts across QLD
* Identify new service, upgrade, and optimisation opportunities within your portfolio
* Build strong relationships across FM teams, consultants, contractors, and executives
* Drive contract renewals, extensions, and new service agreements
* Lead tenders, proposals, and commercial negotiations for service and aftermarket works
* Partner with internal engineering and delivery teams to provide end‐to‐end solutions
* Act as a trusted advisor to clients on building performance and energy optimisation
About You
You likely come from a BMS, HVAC, or building services background, with experience in similar organisations.
* Proven experience in service sales, account management, or BMS delivery environments
* Strong understanding of building automation systems (BMS/BAS) and lifecycle services
* Ability to navigate and influence multiple stakeholders across complex accounts
* Commercial acumen across contracts, tenders, and long‐term agreements
* A proactive, relationship‐driven mindset with a focus on growth and opportunity identification
