This role is a site-based leadership role covering the overall management and operation of a lifestyle village located in Australind. This has a strong focus on ensuring high levels of service delivery to stakeholders and ensuring the site is run smoothly and effectively.

Description
* Oversee day‐to‐day operations and management of the village/community.
* Maintain high standards of property upkeep and presentation.
* Build strong relationships with residents, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
* Manage budgets and financial reporting for the property.
* Supervise and support on‐site staff and contractors.
* Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
* Coordinate community events and activities to promote a sense of belonging.
* Proactively address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by residents.
Profile
A successful Village Manager should have:
* A strong background in facilities leadership, ideally in a community services or aged‐care environment
* Strong financial management and budgeting skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* A proactive approach to problem‐solving and decision‐making.
* Knowledge of relevant property regulations and compliance requirements.
* Leadership skills to effectively manage staff and contractors.
* A customer‐focused mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
