Formed in 2018 the Kinrise portfolio covers Biscuits, Breakfast, Baking, Bakery, and Snackfood categories and has 40+ years making iconic Australian food, with a rich Australian heritage that's grounded in family origins. Based at Glendenning site, this role provides first‐line support to the employees, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining the network systems, and implementing IT solutions that enhance operational efficiency. This role requires good communications and prioritisation skills with the ability to work closely with the IT team as well as being independently driven.
Key Accountabilities
* Help Desk Support – Monitor and ensure the help desk is managed at an acceptable SLA. Focus on simplification, root cause analysis, and remediation. Communicate with the team to meet customer expectations.
* General IT Support – Provide first‐level contact and convey resolutions to user issues. Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software problems. Support and maintain network, desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices and other computing equipment. Assist with the setup and support of network systems (LAN/WAN, WiFi, VPNs, etc.). Perform routine system monitoring and verify the integrity and availability of hardware, server resources and key processes. Install, modify and repair computer hardware and software to ensure optimal performance. Coordinate with vendors for warranty or service repairs. Travel between sites as required.
* IT Infrastructure Support – Understand on‐site equipment, allocations and status. Act as point of contact for infrastructure projects and day‐to‐day issues. Support the Infrastructure Team Lead with switch, router or Wi‐Fi changes. Participate in infrastructure projects. Responsible for purchasing IT assets for the site and raising POs in SAP.
* IT Hardware Procurement & Management – Build new hardware to current standards. Document and inventory IT assets. Leverage Azure and Office365 toolsets to manage assets and Kinrise team members.
* Factory‐Based Support – Support factory‐based computers in line with safety and quality policies. Support RF (Radio Frequency) warehouse devices for connectivity, configuration and procurement. Support printing across the site (SSCC label and general printing), working with vendors and maintaining high availability. Support the engineering team with network requirements in line with company standards.

Experience
* Proven experience as an IT Support Analyst, Desktop Support Technician or similar role.
* Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Windows OS and network configuration.
* Experience with SAP is advantageous.
* Experience with Azure, Meraki, Extreme Networks, Velo Cloud, Cisco, Zscaler is advantageous.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science or a related field.
