About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Construction Advisor to support the delivery of a major Early Works project.
You will be involved across the following major packages:
* Haul Roads – Significant earthworks (civil experience highly regarded)
* Non-Process Infrastructure (NPI) – Workshops, office buildings, and supporting infrastructure
* Powerline Relocation – Coordination and management of critical services
* Dewatering – Large‐scale and technically complex water management
Key Responsibilities
* Providing on‐site contractor management and engagement, fostering strong working relationships
* Actively coaching and influencing contractors to drive performance and outcomes
* Taking ownership of work packages, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and cost targets
* Delivering clear, accurate reporting and feedback to senior leadership
* Ensuring strict adherence to safety standards and compliance requirements
* Overseeing quality through Inspection Test Plans (ITPs) and maintaining capital efficiency
* Supporting delivery in line with project milestones and construction schedules
About You
* Strong civil / earthworks experience (highly desirable)
* Proven ability in contractor management within large‐scale projects
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Confidence in coaching and influencing site teams
* Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining quality and safety standards
* Experience working with ITPs, QA/QC processes, and compliance frameworks
* A proactive mindset with strong ownership and accountability
