What7s the role?
As Senior Manager, Strategy and Planning, youl be at the heart of shaping the strategic direction for Westpac Groups Everyday Banking (EDB) business. Based in Sydney, this full-time role is all about driving growth through strategy execution, keen understanding of competitive and business dynamics, and bold ideas. Youl collaborate across teams and with external partners to strengthen our competitive edge and make a real impact driving the strategy for the business, managing business planning, and overseeing major initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Drive the EDB strategy, working with the business to ensure the multi-year roadmap and objectives are delivered and outcomes as planned are achieved.
Leverage deep strategic thinking and data to solve challenging problems and emerging issues.
Work with leadership to drive EDBs business planning cycles, oversee investment prioritisation and benefits realisation, and facilitate trade-off decisions.
Support the identification and execution of M&A; and partnership opportunities.
