Join the dynamic team at Hollywood Earthmoving Pty Ltd as a full‐time Administration Assistant based in our Gracemere, QLD location. In this role, you will be a key member of our administrative support team, providing critical business support to ensure the smooth day‐to‐day operations of our organisation.
What you'll be doing
* Providing general administrative support including data entry, invoicing, quoting, filing, photocopying, corresponding with suppliers about works and booking jobs in and other clerical duties
* Assisting with the coordination of office operations and procedures
* Responding to enquiries from clients and stakeholders in a professional and timely manner
* Maintaining and updating electronic and physical filing systems
* Providing support for various company events and functions
* Liaising with internal departments to ensure effective communication and workflow
* Undertaking other ad‐hoc administrative tasks as required
What we're looking for
* Proven experience in an administrative or customer service role, preferably within a similar industry
* Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor
* Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team workplace
* A positive attitude and a keen eye for detail
* Knowledge of Xero software
Working Hours
Monday - Friday 7.30am to 3.30pm – 38 hour week.
Paid weekly.
