A&G Engineering is seeking a Workshop Leading Hand to join our manufacturing team in Griffith, NSW.

Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate workshop manufacturing activities in collaboration with the Foreman and Production Manager
* Supervise boilermakers, apprentices, and labour staff
* Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members
* Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with SWMS and company procedures
* Identify hazards, assess risks, and implement controls
* Maintain high standards of housekeeping and equipment care
* Perform trade tasks in line with drawings and specifications
About You
* Trade-qualified Boilermaker (Cert III Engineering – Fabrication or equivalent)
* Proven experience in a Leading Hand or similar supervisory role
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Problem‐solving ability and leadership mindset
