Based in Queensland, this is an incredible opportunity for a sales professional to hold a premium territory and represent industry‐leading capital equipment within the fast‐growing aesthetic and medical market. The role focuses on acquiring new accounts, growing existing customer relationships and positioning Cryomed and its brands as a preferred partner for medical aesthetics and beauty professionals through consultative selling, education and strategic business support.

Responsibilities
* Achieve and exceed sales targets across the assigned territory, with clear accountability for state‐based performance, portfolio growth and revenue outcomes.
* Identify, prospect and onboard new accounts including aesthetic clinics with energy‐based devices, Aesthetic Practitioners, Dermatologists, Plastic Surgeons, Aesthetic Physicians, Dermal Clinicians, Aesthetic Practising Registered Nurses and high‐end Beauty Therapy Clinics.
* Build, develop and maintain long‐term trust‐based customer relationships through consultative selling and ongoing business support.
* Plan and deliver structured daily sales activity, including appointments and meetings with healthcare practitioners, beauty professionals and clinic staff, to optimise customer engagement and productivity.
* Collaborate closely with Marketing and Clinical Education teams, including the strategic use of clinical trainers, to support treatment adoption, education and sustainable account growth.
* Execute tactical and strategic initiatives within the territory in alignment with national commercial priorities and market opportunities.
* Ensure commercial and pricing discipline by executing company commercial policies and maintaining an appropriate average selling price across the territory.
Qualifications
* Commercial acumen with the ability to identify and capitalise on growth opportunities.
* Proven ability to build and maintain long‐term trust‐based customer relationships.
* Proven success in B2B sales, ideally selling capital equipment.
* Self‐motivated, results‐driven and resilient in a competitive sales environment.
* Strong organisational capability, effective time management and territory planning.
* Three to five (3–5+) years' experience in sales or business development, preferably selling capital or cosmeceutical injectables medical equipment.
* Experience growing market share through targeted products in the facial aesthetics market with energy‐based devices including skin rejuvenation, resurfacing, skin tightening and lifting, pigmentation and tattoo removal sectors.
* Experience managing a geographic territory and developing strategic account plans with high autonomy and clear accountability.
