As a result of rapid national growth, we're now looking for a well‐presented, energetic B2B Sales Representative to help us expand further into the WA builders' market (North and South) — and we're excited to welcome someone ready to grow with us.
About the Role
To grow our business by building strong relationships with builders across WA, you'll be out in the field, engaging directly with potential clients, building a portfolio, and ensuring they receive top‐quality service and support from start to finish.
You'll be provided with everything you need, including:
* Fully maintained company vehicle
* Fuel card
* Phone, tablet, and e‐tag
* Base salary + performance‐based commission
Duties & Responsibilities
* Generate new business across targeted different suburbs in WA
* Build long‐term relationships with builders
* Conduct on‐site cold calling and regular follow‐ups
* Prepare accurate, professional proposals and quotations
* Negotiate and close deals effectively
* Provide timely support and solutions to clients
* Identify new sales opportunities and markets
* Work independently while staying highly motivated
* Maintain a customer‐first approach at all times
Skills & Qualities We're Looking For
* Strong work ethic and self‐motivation
* Excellent communication and relationship‐building skills
* Resilient attitude – you don't give up after a "no"
* Able to work independently and manage your time well
* Confident with cold calling and meeting new people
* Comfortable negotiating and closing deals
* Professional presentation and manner
Bonus Skills (Not Required, But a Plus)
* Previous experience in sales or business development
* Background in construction or the ability to read site drawings/contracts
* Knowledge of subcontractor agreements
* Familiarity with the WA building industry
Requirements
* Current and valid driver's license
* Full working rights in Australia
