You will be working alongside a dynamic team and always go above and beyond for our clients. We are a growing business that provides top‐of‐the‐class IT support for business clients in the Coffs Harbour / Port Macquarie area.
Responsibilities
* Helpdesk Support Level 1, 2 and 3
* Setup & support server environments 2012, 2016, 2019, Hyper‐V, SQL, Exchange 3rd‐party and occasionally Linux
* Setup & support desktop environments Windows 10 and occasionally MAC
* Setup & support mobile devices, Android and iPhone
* Setup & support many network devices, including Ubiquiti
* Microsoft Office 365, MYOB, Global Spam Filtering, Managed AV, Managed Backup and many other cloud solutions
* Setup and maintain an expanding cybersecurity program
* Setup, troubleshoot, support, optimise, patch, fix and all things in between
* Job is 50% in the office, 50% on‐site and sometimes work can be from home
Qualifications
* Desktop, server and cloud helpdesk support background with at least three years' experience, ideally in an MSP environment
* An eye for detail and a commitment to doing things right the first time
* Skills in networking, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, routing, NTFS, Azure, RMM, PSA
* Logical troubleshooting skills, able to work autonomously and collaborate with other IT teams and vendors to resolve complex infrastructure or application problems
* Ability to become a "Level 7 intrapreneur"
