We are partnering with a leading Australian retail bank to recruit a Casual Teller based out of Busselton, supporting additional regional branch locations. This is a casual opportunity offering full‐time paid training, ongoing development and strong long‐term career progression opportunities within banking.

* Pay: $30–$38 per hour + Super
* Duration: 12‐month contract (potential for extension and/or permanency)
* Location: Busselton, WA and other regional branch locations
* Hours: Casual role with variable shifts based on branch demand. Rosters issued weeks in advance, with occasional last‐minute shifts available.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional face‐to‐face customer service in branch environments.
* Assisting customers with everyday banking enquiries and transactions.
* Listening to customer needs and directing or referring them to appropriate banking products.
* Supporting branch operations in small teams.
* Using internal systems to log daily activity and workflows.
* Maintaining compliance with banking policies and procedures.
Qualifications
* Proven customer service experience is essential (retail or hospitality backgrounds highly regarded).
* A genuine passion for helping customers ("obsession with service").
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Confidence, curiosity, and an interest in learning banking products.
* Basic technical capability and willingness to learn new systems.
* A driver's licence and ability to travel between branches (kilometres claimable).
* Flexibility to work variable shifts across Monday to Saturday, based on branch requirements.
* Prior banking experience is preferred, however full training will be provided.
