Corporate Tax Manager - Private Clients
Location: Sydney (Hybrid). The role may be adjusted to flexible hours.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of diverse growth clients including privately owned corporate groups, high net wealth families, trusts, and other privately owned entities.
* Oversee tax compliance, financial statements, planning, and advisory services for clients.
* Collaborate with Partners and senior Tax specialists to deliver advice on restructures, domestic transactions, capital gains tax, Division 7A, and trust issues.
Qualifications and Experience
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Accounting or Tax.
* Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent qualification.
* Minimum 5+ years experience providing Australian tax compliance or business advisory services to corporate entities, high‐net‐worth individuals and private family groups.
* Preferably gained with a mid‐tier or Big‐4 firm in Australia.
