About the Role
As Motion Designer, you'll own the creation of motion assets across the full funnel, from awareness‐driving campaign moments through to conversion‐focused creative.
You'll bring briefs to life through animation, video editing and platform‐native content designed for Meta, TikTok, EDM and web.
Your week may include campaign animation, short‐form social content, product storytelling, testing new paid social hooks, and creating elevated in‐store screen content.
This is a role where creativity and performance go hand in hand. You'll create work that not only looks great, but delivers.
Key Responsibilities
* Create high‐performing motion assets across paid social, with a focus on Meta and TikTok
* Translate campaign briefs into engaging motion creative that drives conversion across mid and lower funnel activity
* Develop animated content for major brand campaigns, launches and promotional moments
* Create engaging content for in‐store digital screens and retail experiences
* Edit and version content efficiently across multiple formats, placements and channels
* Partner with marketing and performance teams to optimise creative for audience, platform and results
* Review and refine creative based on performance data, testing formats, pacing, hooks and messaging
* Maintain consistency of motion style, tone and brand integrity across all touchpoints
* Help evolve Adore Beauty's motion capability and reduce reliance on external agencies
Who You Are
You are creative, fast‐moving and obsessed with great content. You know how to create work that stops the scroll, captures attention quickly, and makes people want to click, shop or share.
You have a strong eye for design, typography and composition, but you also understand performance and know that great creative needs to deliver results, not just look good.
You thrive in a fast‐paced environment where priorities shift quickly, and you're comfortable being hands‐on across motion design, editing and asset creation. You're collaborative, proactive and always looking for ways to improve both creative output and team workflows.
Bring:
* 3+ years' experience in motion design, animation, video editing or similar creative roles
* Strong proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro and other relevant design tools
* Experience creating assets for paid social and digital campaigns across Meta and TikTok
* Strong understanding of platform‐native creative and performance‐driven content
* Excellent design fundamentals across typography, composition and storytelling
* Experience working across multiple formats including social, web, retail screens and campaign assets
* Confidence managing multiple projects and delivering high‐quality work at pace
* Beauty, fashion or lifestyle brand experience is highly regarded
* Curiosity around AI tools and how they can enhance creative output and efficiency
