Transformation Lead – Project Governance
Role Overview
The Transformation Management Office, under the leadership of the Project Governance Lead, will drive independent assurance across program delivery, risk mitigation, and benefits realization. This role oversees the development and implementation of robust governance, assurance, and performance frameworks that underpin successful transformation program delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Strategic governance and oversight of the transformation portfolio, including end-to-end management of project pipelines, initiation, and prioritization of projects, critical activity tracking, and independent quality assurance provision.
* Driving ongoing uplift and continuous improvement of prescribed project governance frameworks to enhance transformation outcomes.
* Leading effective collaboration and communication from the Transformation Management Office to Executive Leadership, sponsors, and stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience
* Tertiary qualifications in program management or a related field.
* Several years of experience in consulting or government environments with a primary focus on program management and administration.
* Demonstrated experience with project management tools and the development of reports and dashboards for executives, management teams, and project managers.
* Commitment to customer experience, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
* Right to work in Australia.
* Preferred: National Police Record Check.
