The ORS Positive Behaviour Support division is expanding and we are seeking our next clinician to join us. As a clinician, you will be part of a national team of 300+ Positive Behaviour Support Practitioners delivering clinical services to NDIS participants aged 0‐65 across early intervention, school age, adolescent and adult services.
Responsibilities
* Collaborate with allied health practitioners, support workers and family members to achieve optimal outcomes for clients.
* Assess and observe participants' challenging behaviours and work to increase skills, improve emotion regulation, and introduce replacement behaviours to reduce restrictive practices.
* Develop personal support plans, implement them with training, and conduct regular follow‐up and review.

Qualifications
* Qualifications in Psychology, Counselling, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Board‐Certified Behaviour Analysis, Teaching, Social Work, Social Sciences, Criminology, Childhood Education & Care, Health Science, Allied Health or Nursing.
* NDIS Registration as a Behaviour Practitioner (or the ability to become registered).
* Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual Disability, and other complex diagnoses (desirable).
* Own a car and licence.
* Hold a National Police Clearance, Working With Children / Vulnerable People Check, and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or be willing to obtain them before commencement).
