Senior Business Analyst / Project Admin - ERP

The Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst / Project Admin – ERP Project on a full-time fixed-term contract (12-18 months).
This is a hands-on role that combines business analysis, project management, and operational delivery. Working closely with the ERP Transformation Manager, project sponsors, and cross-functional teams, you will play a key role in ensuring projects are well—structured, effectively managed, and delivered on time, on budget, and in line with PMO standards.
* Facilitate and document As-Is and To-Be process mapping for ERP implementation.
* Develop role-based workflows, including approval processes, order lifecycles, and warehouse fulfillment.
* Document data structures and governance requirements.
* Writing and execute test cases to support UAT
* Gather and document functional and non-functional requirements.
* Define business rules, conduct gap analysis, and contribute to functional design documents.
* Support and development of training materials, SOP's and quick reference guides.
* Assist with ERP change management activities
About You
You are a detail-oriented and proactive professional with a strong blend of analytical and coordination skills.
Essential
* Strong business analysis experience, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation
* Experience working with ERP systems (NetSuite highly regarded)
* Proven project support experience across small to medium-scale initiatives
* High-level communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of the business
* Recent experience working on FMCG Projects
