We're currently looking for a Commercial Property Management Assistant to join our high-performing Fitzroy office. This is an exciting growth opportunity designed for someone looking to step into a Property Manager role within 12–18 months, while gaining hands-on experience across our Commercial team. You'll also work closely with our Department Manager to support process improvements and team operations.

About the position
* Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9 am – 5.30 pm
* Based in our Fitzroy office
What you'll bring
* Previous property management experience (highly desirable)
* Agents Representative Certificate or Estate Agent License
* Current Victorian driver's licence and reliable vehicle
* A strong client-first mindset and shared values
* Exceptional time management, communication, and interpersonal skills
