Experienced Hospital Speech Pathologist required for adult inpatient or community paediatrics roles in the Northern Territory. You will join a team of 60 allied health clinicians, including Occupational Therapists, Podiatrists, Physiotherapists, Speech Pathologists, Dietitians, Social Workers, Chaplain, and ALO.
Adult Inpatient / Community Paediatrics (3‑6 months)
* ASAP start date, 3‑6 month fixed‑term contract
* Adult inpatient rehabilitation focus
* Some paediatric feeding experience is a bonus
* Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00‑16:21
* P2 level role: salary $90,204 – $107,554
* P3 level role (senior): salary $110,873 – $124,173
* Casual locum rates available for the right candidate
* Join a small team in the Speech Pathology department
* On‑site accommodation available for approx. $140 per week; no commuting required
* Travel assistance provided
85% of the caseload is Indigenous, with 50% coming from remote communities. This role offers a chance to develop your skill set and enjoy the outback lifestyle.
NT – Locum Speech Pathologist (Community Paediatrics, 3‑5 months)
* ASAP start, 3‑5 month contract
* Pay $70‑80 per hour + super
* Community, outreach and Indigenous caseload
* Hours: Monday‑Friday
Paediatric Speech Pathologist (3‑5 month locum, Central Australia)
Experienced paediatric speech pathologist needed to start ASAP. You will be part of a team of 10 clinicians (4 Speech Pathologists, 4 Occupational Therapists, 2 Physiotherapists). Responsibilities include:
* Caring for children 0‑18 years with developmental delays in a community setting
* Outreach to remote Indigenous communities as part of a multidisciplinary team
* Travel to remote communities for up to a week at a time, approximately once a month
* Being the sole Speech Pathologist on the ground in remote locations; requires 2‑3 years of relevant experience
