Occupational Therapist (Adult caseload / mixed caseload)

Responsibilities:

* Assessment and intervention completed in the clinic or in the community.
* Carry out Functional Capacity Assessments, Home and Living Assessments and provide ongoing support to build clients' capacity and independence.
* Equipment prescription and environmental modification.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent time‐management and organisational abilities.
* Clinical reasoning, report writing and documentation.

Qualifications:

* AHPRA registration.
* Working with Children Check and Police Check.
* Current driver's licence and own car with comprehensive insurance.
* Experience with evidence‐based practices and capacity building.
* Experience with equipment prescription and environmental modifications.
* Experience within the National Disability Insurance Scheme system.
* Self‐motivated and passionate to implement quality service.

Senior Paediatric Occupational Therapist

Responsibilities:

* Lead and develop a paediatric Occupational Therapy team.
* Allocate referrals, manage leave requests, and conduct team performance reviews.
* Provide clinical caseload services, assessing and intervening in clinic, community, and school settings.
* Complete standardised developmental, fine‐motor/gross‐motor, and sensory assessments.
* Deliver interventions such as fine/gross motor skill development, handwriting, ADL training, play skills, and sensory/emotional regulation.
* Maintain an inclusive, collaborative team culture.

Qualifications:

* A Degree in Occupational Therapy and AHPRA registration.
* Previous experience as a Paediatric Occupational Therapist.
* Demonstrated high‐level written and verbal communication, time‐management and organisational skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
* Experience recommending and prescribing Assistive Technology.
* Working with Children Check and Police Check.
* Current driver's licence and own car with comprehensive insurance.
* Experience working within the National Disability Insurance Scheme system.

Administration Assistant (Permanent part‐time)

Responsibilities:

* Answer and direct incoming calls; greet clients; liaise with clinicians.
* Conduct referral intake, set up electronic files and manage clinician calendars.
* Prepare, exchange and follow up service agreements/contracts.
* Quarantine client funding and liaise with external stakeholders regarding allocations.
* Distribute invoices and reminders to clients, finance managers and insurance companies.
* Update electronic client files and maintain mandatory records.
* Process EFT payments and maintain transaction records.
* Send appointment reminders and book appointments.
* Manage office supplies, catering orders, restock amenities and maintain break‐room hygiene.

Qualifications:

* 5 years' experience in a mid‐level administrative role.
* Proven ability to build and manage stakeholder relationships.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Professional presentation, telephone manner and interpersonal skills.
* Prioritisation and multitasking in a fast‐paced environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Adaptable, improvement‐focused and resilient.
* Experience with NDIS and NDIS MyPlace Portal.
* Experience in the Allied Health sector.
* Knowledge of case management or CRM software.
