POSITION PURPOSE
Part of the our customer service team, this is primarily a reception role, responsible first and foremost for efficient and friendly service of all customers of Keppel Bay Marina and The Waterline Restaurant.
This role is the first point of contact with customers. responsible for restaurant and marina greeting and customer service, including walk in guests, telephone, e-mail and internet enquiries.
Key responsibilities include managing restaurant and marina reservations in a timely and accurate manner, tourist product sales and restaurant service as required.
This is a unique opportunity to secure an entry level position in hospitality and marine tourism.

Rate of pay dependant on applicant's age.
