Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic IT professional with 5+ years of experience to join our skilled IT team. The role involves providing internal IT, networking and infrastructure support within a Microsoft environment, ensuring that the company's technology operates effectively, mentoring team members, and contributing to best practice through collaboration with colleagues worldwide.
The successful candidate will be based in our Perth office.
Responsibilities
* Provide Level 2–3 support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
* Take ownership to resolve user issues, escalating where necessary and recording outcomes.
* Manage Windows computers via Intune.
* Work with Windows Servers, Hyper‐V, networking, Wi‐Fi and backups.
* Handle Microsoft 365 administration – Active Directory, Entra ID, SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, Intune, Defender and Office suite.
* Provide hands‐on support with a range of hardware and software.
* Diagnose network‐related issues (DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi‐Fi).
* Have Linux exposure.
* Possess Microsoft Azure Management experience.
* Administer Microsoft Teams Rooms and audio‐visual networking.
* Understand Fortinet environments.
Qualifications
* Qualifications in Information Technology and/or current Microsoft certifications.
* At least 5 years of experience in an IT support role.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.
* Fluency in English.
* Knowledge and/or interest in machine learning algorithms and AI technology.
* Current Australian working rights.
