Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting engineering design, maintenance planning, and project execution activities across a range of industrial and mining projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and review mechanical systems and components
* Provide technical support for maintenance and project operations
* Conduct engineering analysis and prepare technical reports
* Ensure compliance with Australian standards and safety requirements
* Liaise with project managers, technicians, and clients
* Support continuous improvement initiatives across operations
Selection Criteria
* Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related discipline
* Relevant engineering work experience minimum 2-3 years
* Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, design, and maintenance practices
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work independently and within a team environment
* Strong communication and reporting skills
