Leading a Not for Profit organisation in rural Tasmania is a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of older adults and their families. We are seeking two independent Non-Executive Directors with exceptional governance, leadership, and analytical skills.
The ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of aged care policy, planning, and delivery, as well as experience in marketing, risk management, medicine, or IT. They should be able to provide strategic guidance on governance, safety, quality, and risk matters while balancing financial imperatives, commercial outcomes, and community expectations.
An understanding of recent aged care reforms and exposure to the broader health sector would be highly valued. The successful applicants will also possess high-level leadership skills, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication skills.
