The business offers a stable long-term opportunity within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, backed by a supportive leadership team and strong operational culture.

Your New Role

As the Warehouse & Inventory Manager, you will lead the day-to-day warehouse, dispatch, and inventory operations within a busy food manufacturing environment. * Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements, food safety standards, and company procedures
* Lead, coach, and develop warehouse team members to build a strong and high‐performing team culture
* Drive warehouse accuracy, DIFOT performance, and operational KPI achievement
* Work collaboratively across departments to improve operational efficiency and inventory visibility
* Develop and improve warehouse procedures, reporting, workflows, and operational controls
* Support continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse and dispatch functions
* Contribute to operational planning and process optimisation as part of the broader ERP transformation journey

Your Profile

As an experienced Warehouse & Inventory Manager, you bring strong operational leadership capability combined with a hands‐on approach to warehouse management. You are comfortable leading teams in fast‐paced environments and have a strong understanding of inventory control, stock management, and warehouse operations within manufacturing or FMCG settings.

You are organised, proactive, and capable of balancing operational priorities while driving continuous improvement outcomes. Your communication style allows you to work effectively across multiple departments, influence positive change, and maintain strong working relationships throughout the business.

You will ideally bring:

* Minimum 10 years' experience in warehouse operations, including leadership or management responsibility
