With a loyal customer following and an exciting growth journey ahead, they are seeking an experienced Cluster Manager to lead multiple Gold Coast locations and develop the next generation of retail leaders.

About The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded and people focused retail leader who thrives in a fast paced multi site environment. Reporting into senior retail leadership, you will oversee a portfolio of boutiques across the Gold Coast, driving sales performance, operational excellence and team development across each location.
You will lead from the front by coaching Store Managers, building succession pathways, elevating customer experience and ensuring stores consistently deliver strong commercial results. This role will suit someone who loves developing people, creating high performing cultures and bringing energy and inspiration into every store visit.
