About the roleIn this pivotal role, you will provide operational leadership across a large and complex service, supporting the delivery of safe, high-quality and sustainable healthcare. Working in close partnership with the Executive Director IMES, clinical leaders, and the broader executive team, you will drive performance, innovation, and continuous improvement aligned with RBWH's vision as a world-class tertiary and quaternary health service.About youOur ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:The Operations Director IMES reports directly to the ED IMES and within this capacity is responsible for working operationally with multidisciplinary executive leadership teams on IMES strategic objectives portfolio.
