Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Travel Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, your primary focus will be face‐to‐face sales, actively engaging with potential clients on the streets and in hostels, especially targeting backpackers. You will use innovative networking strategies to build genuine relationships and guide travellers towards the best experiences our destinations have to offer.

Key Responsibilities

* Proactively approach and engage with travellers on the streets and in hostels.
* Network with backpackers, using innovative strategies to build lasting relationships.
* Recommend the best tours, activities, and experiences based on travellers' interests.
* Continuously improve communication and sales skills through provided training and coaching.
* Collaborate in a diverse environment, connecting with people from various backgrounds.

Qualifications

* Valid working visa for Australia.
* Proven experience in face‐to‐face sales or a similar role.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with strangers.
* Passion for travel and sharing experiences.
* Multilingual skills are a significant advantage.
* Previous sales and travel experience is a huge bonus.
* AQF Cert II or 1+ years of experience required.
