This is a unique chance to lead and grow a high-quality outside school hours care program across multiple operating hours, caring for children aged 5-12 years.
About the Role:
* Manage a large Outside School Hours Care service in the hours before and after school.
* Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents.
* Develop and facilitate an engaging, child-centered program.
* Lead a team of educators onsite, including roster management.
* Ensure quality and compliance in service delivery in line with national standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Program Development: Develop and implement an engaging, child-centered program that meets the needs of all children.
2. Team Management: Lead a team of educators onsite, including roster management and staff supervision.
3. Quality Assurance: Ensure quality and compliance in service delivery, meeting national standards and regulatory requirements.
4. Community Engagement: Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents, promoting a positive reputation for the service.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience working with children in a leadership position or a similar role.
* A minimum Diploma qualification in a relevant field (e.g., Diploma in Children's Services) or have completed a minimum of 2 years of full-time study in a relevant field.
* A current and valid Working with Children Check.
* Clear and professional communication skills.
