Enrolments Consultant
We have an opportunity available for a new Enrolments Consultant to join our support office team based in St. Leonards. It is an exciting time to join our thriving Family Support function as we grow the team. You will work alongside dedicated and friendly colleagues and have a supportive manager to guide you in this role. The position is full time, permanent role with opportunities to extend your career with Only About Children. You will spend 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
What you'll do:
* First point of contact for a new family
* Ensure family requests are responded to in a timely manner
* Convert new families to campus tours
* Campus & Family waitlist management
* Assisting our enrolled families with additional days and sibling enrolments
* Director support with room configuration and family transitions
* Participate in Sales promotions, campaigns, events and displays for campuses
